Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
Once a user registers for a contest and completes the payment via our integrated online payment gateway (PhonePe/UPI), the transaction is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-participation in the contest
- Change of mind
- Incorrect area selection
- Technical issues on the user's device
2. Payment Failures
If your payment fails or is not processed properly, your registration will not be confirmed. In such cases, you may try registering again after verifying the issue with your UPI or bank provider. We are not responsible for payment gateway errors beyond our control.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case a user is charged multiple times for the same contest due to a technical glitch, we will review the payment history and process a refund for the extra amount within 7 business days. The user must contact support@areacontesthub.com with proof of duplicate transaction(s).
